Pros

Ability to work remote with option to work from an office as needed.

Cons

Company changes priorities based on ideas or gut feelings rather than actual market data. Reorganization of teams happens too often and it’s branded as a new direction. They eliminate roles with no backfill and teams struggle to make up the gaps in their teams. They pay lower than market salaries.

1. The job leans way more toward engineering than just handling tickets. 2. You’ll learn something new practically every day, often by necessity. 3. Monthly 3-day weekends 4. Awesome parental leave 5. Remote flexibility 6. People are willing to figure things out with you when you’re stuck.

Working with colleagues from different departments and the monthly catered lunches.

Cons

This place is ruled by favoritism, and it poisons everything. It crushes morale, kills productivity, and pushes people to quit fast. The ones who get favored turn arrogant and smug, walking around like they own the place.
