Pros

I joined SingleStore because I knew the technology was top notch and much needed in the market, plus those leading the company are experienced and well-equipped to fuel its growth trajectory. I discovered that the people treat each other with respect, trust and they work together without egos or agendas getting in the way. So refreshing!

Cons

Because the company is growing, there is an abundance of things to do. But that is exciting and not a "con" for people who like to be a part of building together.

A smaller company with disruptive data management technology. Rebranded to convey our market value proposition and long term direction. The new management team is very experienced and ready to take the company to the next level

Cons

Due to our origin, we are often boxed into a very specific and narrow space. The previous sales team was inexperienced and created some account challenges.
