      The CEO's intemperate pressure created an isolating work environment

      The team had smart and talented people.

      Cons

      Pressure came down from the CEO in ways that felt intemperate and unreasonable, leaving no room to feel supported. The environment became isolating as collaboration took a backseat to unrealistic expectations. There was little room for personal growth or learning because the demands piled on without proper resources. It was frustrating to watch priorities shift constantly while being expected to deliver perfect results without clarity or stability.

      Pros

      The people are nice, and have a lot of knowledge - I've learned a lot just from being around most of them. The product we're building is interesting. It's easy to communicate across teams/areas of the company.

      Pros

      Great team, collaborative environment, open communication. Nice and structured on-boarding, lots of material to learn from. Colleagues are supportive, the product team is sharing lots of information and the eng team is doing great work with new product versions.
