Cons

Being a startup means we're building processes and systems for the first time. While often successful there can also be learning curves but MemSQL embraces these opportunities and supports us in doing the same.

not only the technology but the pace around the HQ. Super bright people with a real sense of urgency to make this the next big thing. Not only is the technology world class it is well respected and is selling. Quality all the way around.

Cons

Need to fulfill headcount faster - lots of openings because of growth. The interview process is hard but it pays off in the end.

Pros

I was sold on MemSQL when I visited the HQ and went through the interview process. I was able to meet and have conversations with the entire leadership team and my peers. It was an amazing experience and really gave me a sense on how I could fit into the MemSQL culture and be successful with the company.

Cons

In hindsight, I wish I had scheduled more time at HQ before flying back. The day of meetings flew by and I did not get time to speak with many on the technical team.
