The tech is pretty awesome and the engineering team is full of smart people who are easy to collaborate with. There is a lot of room to solve things your own way. Pay is solid, and the benefits package is decent - nothing flashy but covers what you need. The remote setup works well, and I’ve picked up a ton of skills by working on complex stuff.

Hands down the most challenging yet satisfying job I’ve had. Constantly learning—could be query optimization one day, distributed systems the next. Competitive salary plus stock options. Engineering staff that doesn't have to be forced to collaborate - people do it with pleasure. No gatekeeping. Unlimited PTO that’s really unlimited.
