      -Incredibly strong talent -On a strong growth curve -One of the best technical stack to solve some real customer pain points -The technical approach is revolutionary instead of incremental that you would see from many other companies

      Pros

      The CEO will greet everyone in the office and remembers your name. He is very approachable. The C-level staff creates a very positive work environment and hard work is recognized. My work makes a difference. We usually end our day chatting in a huddle. SingleStore is a fast-growing company and was recently named a niche company by Gartner. We have added about 100 employees since I joined 6 months ago bringing our startup to ~400 people. I am proud to be an employee of SingleStore

      Cons

      Since we are a startup and still growing we do not have female C-level executives at the moment. Upper management recognizes this and I believe they are taking steps to hire more females. Currently, the company does not contribute to employees' 401K plans. This could be because we are a startup and I feel as we continue to grow this could change.
