      everyone is empowered to create tools for internal and external consumption. lots of interesting problems to solve, everywhere in the stack from front-end down to hardware. super-engaged customers chomping at the bit to help us build the next great feature. very helpful company culture, every request gets honest attention and consideration. lots of internal opportunities for growth.

      Pros

      Some great, fun, talented people work here. The product is interesting, exciting problems are being taken on, and the company has a good level of camaraderie with most employees.

      Cons

      Strange mixture of professionalism and nonprofessionalism. The company seems like it is in between being a wild-west start up and an ironed out business. As a result, the tension seems to cause some strange politics, incentives, and processes because some facets are iron out, and some are madness.
