Pros

Management claims the company is generous with bonuses, but the bonus does not even come close to covering the unpaid overtime hours worked.

Cons

Employees are pushed to work long hours well beyond their shifts without any pay for overtime. Management constantly sets tight deadlines, applies heavy pressure, and then shifts blame onto employees when unrealistic expectations are not met. The treatment feels harsh and unreasonable, with no regard for effort or limits, leaving employees overworked and undervalued.

Pros

The company has a solid tech platform, a strong product, and an innovative AI infrastructure. Plus, I have the opportunity to work with large enterprise customers. Our engineering team is smart and competent, so collaboration is smooth. Also, the leadership is very friendly and open to fresh ideas. Another thing that keeps me motivated is the competitive compensation structure for top performers.

Cons

Customers are demanding, so strong skills are essential.
