      Pros

      You get to work by yourself, you even get train yourself. Sink or swim makes you stronger if you survive.

      Cons

      Upper management is a total joke. They lie to you from the start of the hiring process throughout the entire job. Every step of the way we have been lied to. Also, if you're not a part of the click, you will be an outsider. Don't be fooled by the promises they tell you to make you sign up. They are so good at that and everyone here was obviously fooled by it.

      Pros

      The base pay was nice. Many good actors are doing the best they can.

      Cons

      Bad messaging. Concerned with only vanity metrics. There is a lot of discrimination, mostly against women. IPO is always 18 months away, no matter when you ask the question. No 401k match. CEO is more of a mouthpiece and cheerleader rather than a true leader. They waste money on many failed bets rather than invest in long-term success.
