      1. The job leans way more toward engineering than just handling tickets. 2. You’ll learn something new practically every day, often by necessity. 3. Monthly 3-day weekends 4. Awesome parental leave 5. Remote flexibility 6. People are willing to figure things out with you when you’re stuck.

      Pros

      It’s rare to find a tech company where people are given room to breathe. Here, I actually have time to think before I act. Workdays are predictable, which helps me focus, and I’m not constantly multitasking. My colleagues know when to step in, and the support I get goes beyond just technical help.

      I don’t see anything that can negatively affect my experience.
