      Pros

      Great culture, employee-friendly. Abundant opportunities to learn and grow. People are accessible and really helpful. The company takes care of you. Option of being fully remote, no pressure from management to return to offices. Overall a great place to work at.

      Pros

      A company that has a great product with a well thought-out strategy for the future and smart people to execute the plans. Everyone that I have interacted with so far has been exceptionally supportive. Top of the shelf salaries, stock plan and benefits. Amazing work-life balance and truly committed to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging. Fair and balanced expectation on commitment, integrity and performance. Both my managers (thick-line and dotted-line) have great listening skills. They are open to ideas and are ready to support you through their execution.

      Pros

      There’s a lot of growth within the data & analytics space, compensation is on par for the industry and the RSU offering is strong.

      Cons

      Poor leadership from the top down. I personally feel it’s a major red flag when the CFO, CPO, CMO, and General Counsel all get fired abruptly within the past 12 months. This toxic culture has directly impacted the sales org since leadership there has all but given up in trying to steer the org in the right direction. Middle management doesn’t lead, rather look at your forecast and reps are struggling. (Look at Repvue) The only people closing deals are those with current customers or have accounts they can drive opportunities through OEM partners.
