      Modern tech stack, helps me keep my skills sharp. Collaborative team, and people are always supportive. Remote setup. Pretty competitive compensation. Learning something new almost every day.

      Cons

      Sometimes priorities change a bit too quickly.

      - Career growth is real and not lip service - I get to work on different projects without a manager constantly breathing down my neck - Performance reviews are respectful and constructive - Deadlines are firm but flexible when needed - Team is diverse in skillsets
