      Pros

      The only thing I liked was that the company was small, so there was not much scope for internal politics or drama.

      Cons

      In this organization, results matter the most. They don't care how you do the work. You just need to get the results they desire. It could be stressful and frustrating most of the time.

      Pros

      Our management makes sure they keep their standards high when it comes to hiring people, which means you get to work with some of the most talented and knowledgeable people in the industry. Because the company is still small, you are given a lot of responsibility, yet zero micromanagement. Our product is great which makes it easy for us to sell it and to keep our customers. Overall a really good work experience and I plan on staying here for as long as they need me.

      Cons

      Over the years, we’ve worked on improving our communication and I believe we’ve overcome that issue. No complaints so far.

      Pros

      Very good company that operates with start-up mentality. - Extremely good engineering culture. - Lots of opportunities to learn, contribute and own code. - Good management with strong technical skills. - Good total compensation and benefits.

      Cons

      Not any I can think of. It can be challenging sometimes on work-life balance but there is no micromanagement. You are being entrusted to do the job and deliver the desirable results.
