      Its a great start-up/scale-up culture with some amazing people Everyone is driving in the same direction to take this great technology to the top of the pile where it belongs

      None really, just some growing pains of a fast moving scale-up

      Pros

      Disruptive technology that works and customers love Team is very supportive and eager Management believes in growth, but not at all cost Focus on employee wellbeing and mental health Serious investor backing from the likes of Dell Technologies, HPE and others

      Cons

      Lack of diversity, which the management team is addressing. I think this will change soon Scale Up mode, so many things need to be integrated/automated. Too much reliance on short term fixes Value proposition needs focus. The product is fantastic, but positioning it in the market is proving challenging, esp in the enterprise space Lack of benefits for international employees
