      SingleStore is a great company for those who are interested in building with a quickly growing company- this involves potentially building processes and/or changing gears as the company evolves. There’s a palpable excitement amongst new hires, and everyone is working towards the same goal.

      Cons

      As with any company with quick growth, it’s for those who feel comfortable with changing priorities, restructuring of teams, and at times ambiguous next steps.

      SingleStore believes follows an async way of working which brings pros such as: - there is no defined schedule, you can work whenever it fits you better; - the amount of meetings is pretty low, leaving time for you to focus on your work without all the distractions; Besides that, other major pros might be: - the people around you are all pretty bright, which you can take advantage of to learn new things; - the career path is really well defined and there is a lot of room to grow inside the organization

      By following an async approach, some things are lost in the way like: - The proximity between the team isn't something as organic as you might find somewhere else; - There are multiple team members working in different time zones, which might make your life difficult to communicate sometimes;
