      Pros

      I have had a wonderfully positive experience in my time so far at SingleStore. The community environment really surprised me. My colleagues are kind and thoughtful. I've had great experiences with executives and other employees. I very quickly felt settled in my role here because of how warmly I was welcomed.

      As of now, I have no major complaints.

      Constant worry about any type of job security, especially in the last couple months. A lot of back and forth changes within your specific job role which causes confusion and a lack of consistency.
