Extremely interesting engineering challenges, in a culture of trust (micromanagement is very rare). Very unique product design and architecture. Lots of space to innovate within the product but also in its integrations.

Cons

There is definitely a culture shock between the new leadership and the prevalent culture of the company, which can be confusing to navigate.

By following an async approach, some things are lost in the way like: - The proximity between the team isn't something as organic as you might find somewhere else; - There are multiple team members working in different time zones, which might make your life difficult to communicate sometimes;
