Pros
Working at SingleStore is really good because there's a lot of growth opportunities, and while the product is very good already, there's still a lot of hard things to build and explore. If you like to solve hard technical problems, this is a great place to work.
Cons
There's no emphasis at all on hiring with diversity in mind and there's a lot of homogeneity in the management and leadership team. The infrastructure team is extremely uncollaborative and doesn't listen or care about other teams.
