Remote there is lot of work if you are joining managed services team, dont know about hikes yet but seems like very average in terms of hike. There are talks about going public but I dont believe it.

Cons

There is no sprint planning and no estimation of how much time things will take. Everyone just randomly decides that these features need to be delivered in x days.
