Pros

Great work environment coupled with visionary management team. People here help each other out in attaining the end business goal, and probably that's one of the reasons we outperform ourselves at what we do. The new office (Bengaluru) is awesome! :-) Best place to get started your career if you're a fresher.

1.Opportunity to go onsite 2. Snaks.team outings with lot of activity helpful co workers,friendly staff,lot to learn in ad domain and good growth technically.sweets served.work from home.flexible timings.inspiring and cute tall lady in ground floor having good attitude make you feel positive.cab facility.games carrom.

Cons

No overtime bonus and no cafeteria.work load.
