It is close to my house, i like the food and many useful places around

Cons

Behind hand in technology, relatively low salary, integrate a lot of ultra religious women in the office - depends if you like it or not

Pros

Developers do not get hassled too much unless there are urgent client issues. Working environment is not too bad.

Cons

Lack of interest in the development process. No training or encouragement to do things better. Low morale due to shrinking workforce in the UK

Work doesn't follow you home. Very good if need to leave early (mothers)

Cons

you are nothing more than just another employee. The feeling is that you are replaceable. The employee's wealth is not imported.
