Pros
Compensation is great and the work environment is small and friendly. Longevity with the company is 25+ years for current employment. This speaks volumes about the company.
Cons
Advancement opportunities are slim to none.

Pros
Nice corporate office building and location in Las Colinas. Earning potential very lucrative for field sales. VP/National Sales Manager and Regional Sales Managers are great to work with/for.
Cons
Poor communication throughout company. No room for career growth. Behind the times, lacking any form of real forward, progressive thinking/planning/strategy. Too many 20+ year employees who believe the original way is the best and only way, ultimately preventing growth. President is an elitist and narcissist. HR Manager is terrible to deal with.
