      Great colleagues, but exceptionally poor leadership

      Great colleagues in Product and Tech. Good medical and pharmacy benefits.

      Cons

      Weak senior leadership that can't focus on achievable priorities. Poor communication from senior leadership. Highly reactive - inability for executive leadership to verbalize and maintain a 3+ year strategy. Just average 401k match. Insufficient vacation days.

      The pay is decent great coworkers

      Cons

      Company lacks direction and new CEO is a train wreck. New C-Level hires are destructively incompetent and have killed morale. A good portion of compensation is in stock and that’s in the toilet right now. It’s frankly horrifying.

      Great people to work with, other than management.

      Cons

      A narcissistic and jealous manager, when going to HR they did nothing about it. The first 6 years I worked there I loved going in every day, the last three after getting this manager it became unpleasant. In meetings this particular manager would make rude and snide remarks about team members. There is quite abit of immaturity, management needs to one day grow up.
