Work life balance and compensation at one point was good. Mostly great colleagues.

Cons

Work life balance, compensation, and company direction toward the end of my 10 year tenure turned very sour. The company has seen year over year drops in subscribers and the top-down stress eventually created a very dysfunctional team. Some groups were better than others but I wouldn’t recommend for finance professionals.
