Pros

Plenty of work, no shortage of excitement. Some departments actually well run. Pay was good. If your mentality is “survive at all costs” you may actually succeed but it will cost you.

Cons

Executive team quite disconnected from day to day. Some departments are grossly mismanaged and high level executives are allowed to create and maintain very toxic environments.
