Pros
Lots of nice people to work with- they end up being your friend not just your co-worker. The free subscription while you are employed
Cons
No raises or bonus. You will be overworked and not compensated. You will not get the title you deserve and or the pay scale salary for the job you are doing. So if you are working as a producer you most likely will have another title and less pay. Moving up in the company and achieving goals are very slow. Most people I have seen who ended up in certain scenarios knew the right person. It's very rare your excellent work ethic will actually land you the job you deserve.
