      Pros

      Glad to have worked with a several talented people.

      Cons

      IT has clearly always been seen as a cost here, and although I am not complaining about the reality of it, this fact just shows too much in the general attitude of the management, and in the morale of the tech folks due to the inequality of working conditions, training opportunities, and lack of transparency in incentives, between departments.

      Great working culture. Managers are intelligent and open to new ideas. Free coffee, soda and pretzels.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is not great. Depending on the department you work for, expect mediocre co-workers, doing mediocre/rushed work.
