Pros
Their programming is a great product and there are always artists dropping by. Tons of people with lots of energy and enthusiasm for the sake of the music. You can get a lot of responsibility with little prior experience.
Cons
A bit of factory, people can turn over quickly. There are your lifers and then everyone else. Early employees have it set and are often just milking it and counting the days to cashing out permanently. Everyone else is expendable.
