Pros

New Media opportunities in unique music library.

Cons

Middle management laden and slow to grow. Red-tape nightmare. Unfortunately at the end of the day, SXM is a company that sells car radios, not the Vision Lee Abrams set forth years ago. Could stand to take a page from companies like Apple.

Flexible hours, great location, friendly management and staff

Cons

board operators work mainly nights and weekends so the hours can be inconvenient

Pros

It's a virtual smorgasbord of people. You get to meet and socialize with every background and your talents are noticed rather quickly. They offer hot coffee, tea & cocoa all day free for staff. Very relaxed atmosphere.

Cons

Parking for the staff, the open floor plan, travel between the buildings and building security. Still thought it was too easy for people to get in and wonder around.
