Pros
Business Casual environment, some of the best coworkers an employee could ask for and an undefined work from home policy which everyone takes advantage of.
Cons
It is very clear that 80% of the work is done by 20% of the employees. The PMO department is a joke with a few exceptions. Most of the directors are not respected and there is too much petty nonsense among employees.
