      Pros

      There are some amazing people that are all tremendous and hard-workers. They are the reasons I come to work everyday.

      Cons

      Upper management thrives off of working on fear. There's always the fear that you will get fired from your job. Senior management continues to promote those already up at the top and ignores those that are at the "bottom". This perpetuates the gap between the rich and poor much like our society today.
