SIRIUS is an insanely laid-back atmosphere where creativity is not only a huge plus, but largely promoting. You're constantly moving and there's never a lull.

Cons

SIRIUS is a huge company. It's easy to get lost inside that world. But I suppose the con is just the same as the pro. Working here requires a lot of hard work and barely no hand holding. You've GOT to know how to do your job, otherwise you'll sink.

Great Product and is an interesting talking point when telling people where you work. Salaries are very competitive and there are some good folks to work with.

Cons

Lack of communication and clarity by management on direction; processes in some dept. very unclear and limited development opportunities

Pay was fair, benefits were good, vacation and sick time was decent. In the began people we're treated like humans.

Cons

company kept everyone on pins and needles, everyone was kept in the dark. Growth for the company has been slow and very costly.
