The pay, free service and give aways.

Cons

They are very disorganized, and there is always a new self-imposed deadline. You work a full day, and then there is a problem or outage. There is also lots of night work. I sold my soul when I joined the team and was told so on the first day. I should have known better; everyone was leaving as I was onboarding.

- ok comps - RTO not enforced (as of early 2025) - great work-life balance (they hire folks who don't want to do or ship much, as long as they do whatever leadership tells them to do)

Cons

- toxic leadership, nepotism over talent - subpar tech skilled workers (who are mostly from one previous company and never had another job before) - incompetent workers who can play politics and do busy work, lots of gossip and few actual work - no vision, innovation or any type of guidance from top down - prepare to be uninspired and mistreated by the incestuous leadership up top - HR is unhelpful and biased
