With the exception of sales, where promotions happen inline with sales achievement; we advertise all new roles and opportunities internally, and have an objective interview process to ensure fairness in the selection criteria. With regards to salary payment discrepancies, we have never received feedback regarding this, our finance team goes above and beyond to support employee payroll. I would urge you to contact me directly (Dionne.Niven@SiteMinder) to discuss this matter; timely and accurate payroll for employees is of utmost importance, should there be an issue, it’s important that we discuss and rectify.
