Whenever I ask colleagues about the things they love about SiteMinder, 'people' is always there at the top of the list so its great to hear this as feedback. We do have competitive targets as a Sales organisation, but we also have amazing, award winning products that have already seen SiteMinder winning in 5 separate categories at the HotelTechAwards at the start of 2024 , including #1 Hoteliers Choice and #1 Best Hotel E-commerce platform.
Having this accolade means importantly that our customers also feel the same way as we do about our product set and the value it brings everyday, so whilst we operate as every other Sales organisation does, with a competitive target for our Sellers, we also know we have brilliant products that add value everyday
