      Pros

      - Loads of opportunities to grow in different departments. I have been in 4 different positions myself. - Employee feedback is taken into consideration - Siteminder has a great culture and tries to keep their employees happy

      Cons

      - As it is a global company, sometimes things get lost between time-zones and APAC's opinions are taken into consideration a bit more than EMEA's and AMER's - Experiences may change depending on the department, manager and region. My experience has been very good, overall.

      Pros

      Company going well doing there best to be the best in the hotel tech space. Office has heaps of space, big spaces lots of meeting space, nice views of city. Has grown up a lot, has big goals. Heaps of food and drinks available at office.

      Not sure. Pretty great company, no one else in there space is doing what they do.
