Please reach out to your manager or Deborah Walsh, your Senior HR Manager in Galway to discuss career progression opportunities. We relaunched our career pathing again this month and it offers a pathway to progress every 6 months. Now that we all working mobile, there are many more opportunities for progression, we have just released a number of internal secondment opportunities, specifically targeted at our Customer Teams.
