Nice people, nice culture free beer on Friday

Cons

A toxic work place one of worse I have ever seen in my long career. Underpaid and overworked and no reward. They lie to you to keep you happy they are posting fake positive review on glassdoor to bring up score. Not one person happy at this company please avoid.......many senior managers quitting and leaving!!!! This means something big (not good). Many people quitting and many more planning to quit. Look somewhere else for a job it is not worth it

bad management: * bullying * favouritism * nepotism unusually high staff turnover micromanagement useless HR toxic workplace environment joining them was a huge mistake and I'm glad I'm not part of that horrible mess any more

Pros

SiteMinder is a great workplace, and a great place to start your sales career. The leadership/training is greater here than you will see at many other Saas companies. Everyone gets along, a lot of the times you see yourself meeting up with your coworkers outside of work hours. The management continues to improve and they are very transparent about changes that are coming. Also! in my time here, I have seen a lot of promotions. There is a lot of growth here at SiteMinder, and as the business grows, employees will get the opportunity to advance as well.
