      Pros

      The products and the people here are simply stellar. It is a company that embraces a very collaborative culture and open communication. There is a constant drive to make things better and more efficient whether it be with people, process, product or strategy. No one settles for just OK. Given the products address a very niche problem there is tremendous potential for growth. It may not be a Google or Uber yet, but it is a unicorn of a company in it's own sense. You will learn a lot and you will learn very quickly.

      Cons

      There is a lot happening and sometimes it is overwhelming. It can be a challenging place to work for those who need a lot of structure or constant direction.

      Good but not perfect

      Pros

      Strong engineering culture + fun and down-to-earth social culture Growth and scaling Genuine desire to improve at all levels Good office location Decent perks (fresh fruit, snacks, various activities eg yoga)

      Cons

      Good compensation highly dependent on your negotiation skills Can feel a bit process- and middle-management heavy depending on where you sit Cramped office space

      We are very proud of our culture, thank you for contributing to, and being part of it! Our rapid growth means we have outgrown our office space and cannot wait to move into our amazing new offices next year :-), it also means that we've outgrown some of our processes and continue to develop and refine as we scale.
