- Industry leading products - Strong focus on company and team culture - Very realistic opportunities for career growth - Rewards for hard work and performance - Open and encouraging conversations about performance to help stay on track - Good office environment - My management is fantastic - Friday afternoon drinks!!!

Cons

- Starting salary a little below comparable roles however the experience, opportunities and knowledge you gain in this company compensates strongly.

Pros

It's filled with very smart people, an ambitious leadership team and positive aspirational attitude. If you thrive in an environment where anything is possible and you want to drive initiatives, it's a fantastic place to progress your career.

Cons

It is a company going places - as part of that, there are growing pains. It's only a con if you prefer to have things laid out for you. If you enjoy problem solving and looking around corners to find solutions, it's still a great place.
