2yHi there! Thanks for taking the time to provide some feedback. It's always nice to see positive feedback around culture and employee wellbeing. These are particularly important to us. As you are aware we constantly solicit feedback via our internal survey tool Office Vibe , which really helps us to understand what we are doing well and where we can better support our employees. As you may be aware from updates on our All Hands/ Town Halls we conduct an annual benchmarking exercise of salary and benefits and keep abreast of market conditions to ensure out total Comp & Benefits packages are competitive. We are always open to feedback so please do share any concerns you may have with your manager or me directly.
