SiteMinder has an amazing culture and company values. They truly care about their employees and want us to be happy and successful. The work/life balance is amazing and the collaboration is 10/10.

Cons

Lots of changes happen. This is normal for a company that's growing at the rate that SiteMinder is.

Great career development, yearly salary reviews, fun culture, great people, global company, work life balance, I love the diversity, time off is great, 401K match, cool tech company, benefits are affordable, and I really enjoy working for a company that I can tell cares about me and my career development.

Cons

I wish we could go back into an office eventually
