Pros

They will pay you a salary that is above market rate.

Cons

This company does not act with integrity, they do not value their employees, and you will be working in a deeply toxic environment in which fear permeates all aspects of the organization and your day to day activities. You will face incompetency across all functionary aspects of the organization (IT, HR, Executive Management), and when these failures arise you will be the one to take the fall for it. There is no opportunity for explanation, and there is no opportunity for appeal. Further, management is too afraid to have your back, but instead will bite their own tongues as management discards you without remorse. I have seen this company destroy careers, hiring employees away from other successful positions with other companies only to fire them three months later simply for plugging an external hard drive into their computer. They will fire you for doing "violations" that were not in employee training or in the employee handbook, without warning, without any opportunity to appeal the decision, and without remorse as to the personal and professional cost that their decisions will have on you. Do not trust this company. In my two decades in this industry I have never experience a company that is as heartless, as ruthless, and as deeply incompetent as this company is.

We appreciate your feedback. Our local team has spent the last year focused on building a great team to support the needs of our customers and each other. We’ve continued to evolve processes and make improvements to the working environment to make it a positive and rewarding experience for all employees each day. We’ve formed a strong leadership group and placed people in positions where they can excel and foster team growth and customer success. We’ve also added functional team resources and infrastructure to support the business unit and have remained committed to fostering a stronger culture and camaraderie through team events, learning opportunities, and participation in affinity groups across our org. Our sincere apologies that we didn’t get it right and you had a less-than-stellar experience. We’ve come a long way since last year and are proud of the progress we’ve made in support of our local communities. We wish you the best!

Making their financial goals is the #1 priority. Very insecure work environment. High turnover. Employees are expendable. Zero training. Lots of confusion behind the scenes.

First, we’re glad you enjoy the work-life balance and feel your teammates are kind and polite. We agree that great camaraderie is important and there are incredible people on the SitelogIQ team. While you mentioned turnover, we are proud that our voluntary turnover rate is significantly below the industry average. As a team, we work very hard each day to meet our financial and project delivery goals and properly scale our team to best meet the needs of our customers. When we fall short of those goals and expectations, changes are required and at times, tough decisions must be made. These decisions are never taken lightly and are implemented once other non-personnel cost-cutting measures have been addressed, including a reduction in executive compensation. We are, at our core, a talent-based organization. We’ll continue to invest in training and employee development across the organization so that we can better serve our customers and create a work environment where all people feel valued, safe, and respected. We hope you reach out to your HR Generalist and the Learning and Development Manager so that they can provide information on available training.
