      Pros

      The team is unbelievable. All employees are former SitterTree sitters who believe in the vision of the company: to harness the power of local communities to provide child care. Great care and value is dedicated to representing the diverse families and sitters in the SitterTree community.

      Cons

      SitterTree is in a new space - two sided apps for booking child care. It's a high volume, fast-paced environment. Not great for employees who are not highly self-motivated and self-directed.

      -Flexible scheduling, you apply when you can work! -Develop professionalism with parents/families -Work directly with children of various ages and provide skill

      Cons

      -Occasional delay in payment from Stripe processing and/or parents. Might need follow up.

      Pros

      SitterTree makes finding quality, secure, childcare jobs so easy. Once I apply for a job the response time is super quick. Everyone I have met has been very nice and the kids have been great! This company is reliable and has been a pleasure to work for.

      Cons

      Everything has been excellent for me.
