      Flexible with your schedule, Easy to use the website/app, pays well

      Cons

      hard to get jobs but once you have a family that likes you it gets better!, Sometimes families will take a while to pay you, you will be hired based on reviews and its hard for families to give reviews

      SitterTree has encourages women to be leaders at every level, from babysitters to CEOs. The team is hardworking, supportive, and does not shy from providing feedback to help employees grow.

      Cons

      As a small business, be prepared to wear many hats. If you do not like change and are not ready to work hard, this is not the company for you.
