Unfortunately, although the company has a good image due to its fleet, when it comes to employee abuse, this company cannot hold a candle to any other company.

Main requirement is a driver's license and people skills. Commission is much better than most places.

Cons

Customers can be a nightmare. Mostly rich American customers who don't know that they need to have car insurance so that's always a hassle.
