Pros

Good place to learn car category as well as UK rental guidelines, and sales approach for up selling.

Cons

No Team work, not enough car options for daily booking, and often our internet is not working (all the bookings based on the internet) very frustrating when your job desk is sales but you can't really sale. They are focusing in premier class service but often their internet is not working. Its like living in a world war 2.

Poor management Low compassion Everything broken Still expect us to work with broken things as management aren't doing it themselves Sometimes do not pay correctly Do not pay overtime with false promises of cutting hours Sometimes even delete our hours!
