Thank you for taking the time to review your position with SIXT. We're growing quickly and offer some great benefits! We are saddened to hear you believe some of our processes are outdated, and confusing. We're looking for individuals who can notice some outdated processes and find new, riveting ways to improve some procedures and increase our efficiency. We understand important decisions can take some time, as the implementation process can throw some unforeseen hurdles. We try to combat that by being thorough, which can take some time. Please note, we appreciate all you do and we are proud to have you on our team. Please continue to be skeptical and voice any ideas out loud, we'll be happy to hear them! Thanks again for the review!

Pros

Good onboarding Steep learning curve Much responsibility Smart people A good career step to take in the beginning of your work life They trust that you can do the job Nice, fun and competent colleagues Strong company culture Good pay (if you achieve your bonus target...)

Cons

Poor work-life balance Top management is practicing management by fear Not much attention to employee satisfaction - why not make exit interview Employee turnover is high Very performance oriented High work load Sometimes there seems to be changes for the changes, but no integration of strategy

We appreciate your feedback. Sixt provides training courses to our employees to ensure they are ready to tackle any job at hand. Our recruiters work hard to explain our job responsibilities well and hire competent, and eager employees with the hunger to move up. We are growing immensely and the opportunity to make a difference is high. Thanks for the advice! We recently started implementing exit interviews to improve our employee satisfaction. We apologize you saw our high work load as a con. We focus on hiring performance oriented individuals who can drive in the fast lane!
