      Professional uniform. Offer benefits after six months

      Rip you off on your commission you only get about 25% percent of it. Lay you off without a notice. Very unorganized .

      We are happy to know that you are satisfied with the uniform and the benefits provided by Sixt. Our Las Vegas, NV location was previously a franchise location that has transitioned into a corporate branch. Due to this, many changes will be implemented to satisfy consistency with our other corporate locations. We are concerned about hearing this about a former branch and we assure you that corporate value sales efforts and we do not cut commission.       The people I worked with were amazing the management team were just perfect bosses!!! We were a family company to sum it up

      They are shutting down sadly or else I'd still be there.

In regards to your concerns about pay, Sixt has a very competitive compensation package. We benchmark every year to make sure that we are staying competitive within the rental car industry. Also, it is common for managers to work 60 hour work weeks due to the responsibility they may have and the nature of the business. With that said, at Sixt we strive to provide a work life balance for all of our employees and extend an impressive benefits package, paid time off, and holiday pay to name a few perks.
