Dear former employee, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you saw value in the commission opportunity and gained early experience in sales during your time with us. We understand that the structure of our compensation model can be challenging, and we appreciate your perspective on how commission is impacted by specific metrics. Your suggestion regarding a more consistent monthly quota is a valuable input, and we’ll make sure it’s passed along to the relevant team for consideration. Wishing you continued success in your career ahead. Best regards

Dear former employee, Thanks a lot for your review and for being part of the SIXT team in Miami. We're happy to hear you enjoyed the working hours, the vibrant location, and had a positive experience with your management team. We know upselling can be a challenge, especially when vehicle availability varies, and we appreciate you highlighting that. Feedback like yours helps us continue to improve both support and tools for our frontline teams. Wishing you all the best in your next chapter. Best regards

Pros

Leadership Opportunity: Hands-on experience managing a large team (20+ employees), which helps build strong people-management skills. Fast-Paced Environment: Great for developing problem-solving skills and operational agility. Get to drive some cool cars.

Cons

Long Hours and Operational Demands: Retail-style schedule, often requiring nights, weekends, and holidays. High Pressure Sales Environment: Strong focus on upselling can feel intense and target-driven. Turnover and Staffing Challenges: Like many retail ops, high employee turnover can strain branch performance and morale.

Dear employee, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. It's great to hear how much you've grown in your leadership skills and operational mindset. At the same time, we hear you on the demanding schedule, the sales pressure, and the challenges that come with high turnover. These are very real aspects of the job, and we're continuously working on ways to support our teams better — whether through improved staffing strategies, clearer targets, or more flexibility where possible. We truly appreciate your dedication and the impact you're making every day. Thanks for being such a valuable part of the team. Best regards
